In short: we keep the minimum needed for you to have an account (your SteamID, your Steam name and your Steam avatar), what you post on the forum, and your decks. Everything is stored in the European Union. No ads, no analytics cookies, and we don't sell anything. You can delete your account whenever you want.
01 Who is responsible
The data controller is the owner of the site, whose details appear above. For anything about your data, write to us at the contact email.
02 What data we store
When you sign in with Steam: your SteamID64 (your account number), your public name and your Steam avatar. We never see your password: Steam handles that.
What you do on the site: what you post on the forum, the decks you save, the reports you send and when you accepted the rules.
The cookies strictly needed for your session to work (see the cookies page).
Technical logs from the hosting service (such as your IP address), only for security and to prevent abuse.
Later on, an email address, only if you choose to give us one to receive notifications.
03 Why, and on what legal basis
To provide the service you ask for (your account, the forum, your decks): this is the performance of the terms of use you accept.
To keep the site secure and moderate the forum: this is our legitimate interest in protecting the community.
To comply with the law when it requires us to.
04 Where it's stored and who processes it
The database is on Cloudflare (D1), with the data stored in the European Union. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and processes data on our behalf, with the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation (including the standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Sign-in is handled by Steam (Valve Corporation): its own privacy policy applies to that.
We don't sell or hand over your data to anyone.
05 How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, your data, your decks and your sessions are deleted; your forum posts stay, but under the name “Deleted account”, with nothing linking them to you.
Sessions expire after 30 days. The moderation log is kept for up to 2 years so we can handle complaints.
06 Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, object to its use or restrict it by writing to us at the contact email. You can delete your account yourself from “My account”.
If you think we're not handling it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
07 Minimum age
You must be 14 or older to have an account.
08 No profiling, no ads
We don't make automated decisions about you or build profiles. There's no advertising and no tracking.
